Train Centric is the new and interactive way to maximize your gains in the gym. We can guarantee you’ll be sore after integrating it into your normal lifting routine.

Building muscle is a complex process with many important variables, and Train Centric creates consistency across your workouts by keeping more of those variables constant. The app will provide you with a standardized tempo for each rep, allowing you to focus on activating the muscle rather than counting reps or tempos. By letting Train Centric take care of the counting, you can focus on controlling the weight and ensuring you are getting the most out of each rep and set.

The majority of the people lifting weights neglect to put emphasis on each movement and instead try and lift the heaviest weight that they can. When using Train Centric you may have to lower the weight you're using, but we can guarantee you'll feel the burn more than when using heavier weights.
